Do I need Wi-Fi or power at the property?
No. Each camera has its own battery and 5G connection, so it works in empty or furnished homes.
Is it legal to film open inspections?
Our cameras record video only, never audio, and we supply signage so visitors know cameras are in use.
Who watches the footage?
You do. Clients view their own live and recorded footage in the app. We do not offer staffed monitoring.
How long can I hire for?
As long as your campaign runs. Hire is monthly and you can extend until settlement.
Can my agent see the footage?
Only if you invite them. Access is yours to share.
How quickly can you install?
Usually within 5 business days of booking, anywhere in metro Melbourne.
